Description This announcement shall supersede announcement no. 00084 released on 13 May
2013.
The Company wishes to inform that point no. 3 of the header in the media release
should read as follows:-
• FY2013 contracted volume based on committed offtake currently at 78,819 tonnes,
a 18% increase from FY2012.
Please refer to the first quarter results and the revised media release attached.
Save for the above, all other information contained in the first quarter results and the
media release, released earlier on 13 May 2013, remains unchanged.
The Company was listed on Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading
Limited (the “SGX-ST”) on 1 February 2013. The initial public offering of the
Company was sponsored by PrimePartners Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. (the
