Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited’s (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) noted that there were inadvertent typographical errors on page 82 of the Company’s Annual Report in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the “2019 Annual Report”). The table of certification and standards attained by the Group’s processing facilities in China has been corrected. Please refer to the attached Book 2 People and Planet for the updated table. Save as disclosed, all other information contained in the 2019 Annual Report remains unchanged. |
