Description (Please provide a detailed description of the event in the box below – Refer to the Online help for the format) Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited’s (the “Company”) Annual Report (which includes the sustainability report) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2019 (the “FY2019 Annual Report”) comprises three (3) booklets, as follows:

Book 1 Halcyon: Our business fundamentals
Book 2 People and Planet: Our pillars of sustainability
Book 3 Profit: Our corporate governance and 2019 financial statements

In line with the Company’s sustainability drive, it has discontinued the practice of mailing printed copies of the Annual Report and Circulars to Shareholders.

Shareholder who wish to receive a printed copy of the FY2019 Annual Report should complete the Request Slip and returning it to the Company by 30 April 2020. However, due to the Covid-19 circuit breaker measures, there will inevitably be delays in the processing of Shareholder’s requests for a printed copy of the FY2019 Annual Report.
