Mr Huang is Head of China Practice of Allen & Gledhill, a leading law firm in Singapore. He has been based in Beijing, New York, Hong Kong and Singapore in the course of his legal career, and was a partner of one of the world’s largest international law firms for 14 years.

他在北京的中国人民大学获得法学学士学位，并在纽约的哥伦比亚大学法律学院获得法学硕士学位。
