Event Description | Halcyon Agri Corporation Limited's (the "Company") Annual
Report (which includes the sustainability report) in respect of the financial year ended 31 December
2020 (the "FY2020 Annual Report") comprises two (2) booklets, as follows:
Book 1 : Strategy and Sustainability
Book 2 : Corporate Governance and Financial Reports
In line with the Company's sustainability drive, it has discontinued the practice of mailing printed
copies of the Annual Report and Circulars to Shareholders.
Shareholder who wish to receive a printed copy of the FY2020 Annual Report should complete the Request
Form and returning it to the Company by 11 June 2021. |
